Dawn Wilcox, MS, LMHC
Dawn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Assisting individuals, families, and couples in gaining greater awareness of themselves and interactions within interpersonal relationships are the main goals in her therapy (counseling) sessions. Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, Mindfulness training, and Art Therapy activities are just some of the modalities utilized during Dawn’s counseling sessions. Dawn also works closely with Dr. Lontz to administer neuropsychological tests as needed.
Dawn was born and raised in Washington State. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and pastel painting.
Elezaveta (Liz) Mikheyeva, MSW
Elezaveta (Liz) Mikheyeva is a Staff Counselor who completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Eastern Washington University. Liz is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA). She is bilingual in Russian and English. Liz is passionate about working with individuals to help improve their quality of life. She utilizes evidence based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Liz has experience working with individuals who have various mental health diagnoses. Liz believes that you are the expert of your own life and approaches counseling from a strengths based perspective. As a mental health therapist, her goal is to empower clients toward overcoming obstacles and improving their overall wellbeing, health, and happiness.
Liz was born in California and raised in Washington State. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors.
